Sharing Access to Google Tag Manager

To start, we’ll need to get one user at On Top Digital Marketing access to your Google Tag Manager. Here’s how:

1. Go to tagmanager.google.com and sign into an account that has access to your Tag Manager account.

2. Select your account from the options if applicable.

3. On the navigation bar, select Admin.

4. Under Account, select User management.

5. Click the blue button and select Add Users.

6. Enter the email of the team member you’re working with

7. Make sure to set container permissions to Publish by selecting the container, checking the Publish box, and clicking Done.

8. Click Invite.

Sharing Access to Google Analytics

To start, we’ll need to get one user at On Top Digital Marketing access to your Google Tag Manager. Here’s how:

1. Open Google Analytics by going to analytics.google.com and sign into an account that has access to your Google Analytics account

2. In the bottom left corner, select the Gear icon.

3. On the left column, confirm that the account selected is the correct account, and select Account Access Management.

4. Click the blue button and select Add Users.

5. Enter the email of the team member you’re working with

6. Make sure to set permissions to Edit by checking the Edit box.

7. Click Add.

Sharing Access to Facebook

To start and keep things as simple as possible, you’ll add one user at On Top Digital Marketing as an admin to your Facebook Business Manager. To complete these steps, you should be an admin of your Facebook Business Manager and this Business Manager should own all relevant assets (Page, Pixels, Catalogs, Domains, and Custom Conversions).

1. Go to business.facebook.com/settings and open your Business Manager

2. Under Users, select People.

3. Click the blue Add button.

4. Enter the email address of the team member you’re working with.

5. Select Admin access.

6. Click Next, then click Invite.
